Shipping policy
We only sell and deliver in South Africa, we do not deliver to a PO Box, and we make use of Courier Guys for fulfillment. We offer free delivery on all orders over R850. Please see the list below for all delivery thresholds and fees:
Orders under R250 R106 delivery fee
Orders from R250 to R500 R65 delivery fee
Orders from R500 to R850 R43 delivery fee
Orders over R850 Free Delivery
Order Processing
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times
Deliveries are made from 09:00 to 17:00 on weekdays (excluding public holidays). You will be contacted via text message on the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of delivery.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we only sell and deliver in South Africa.
Checking Order Status
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
We make use of Courier Guy for our deliveries and cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. But, if you haven’t received your order within 4 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@jollymonsters.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Wrong or Incomplete Address:
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay full delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are also not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
If you believe that you have made a mistake with the delivery address please contact us within a few hours after placing your order and we will do our best to change your address. Unfortunately once your order is processed, we cannot change your address. Please email us at info@jollymonsters.co.za with your order number if you believe your package won’t arrive to you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is in its original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not accept returns on Super Sale items, gift cards or items marked as ‘Playground’.
